Dear clients,

you can make your reservation by using the RESERVATION FORM or by contacting us at the contact details in the CONTACTS menu


1.1. Reservations for Briz Beach Apartments could be made in one of the following ways:

  • The reservation form on our website;
  • write to us at:;
  • send an inquiry from the contact form on our website;

  • welcome to the hotel.

The reservation request should include at least the following information: the period of stay, the number of guests (adults and children), the name of the tourist in whose name the reservation will be made, the type of room in which you wish to stay, and your contact information.

1.2. After we receive and process your request, we will contact you to confirm the possibility of accommodation.

1.3. You will receive a reference for the made reservation via the e-mail address you provided. It specifies the type and number of rooms reserved, check-in and check-out dates, the number of adults and children specified in the reservation request, the meal plan, and the total amount owed.

1.4. To confirm the reservation, you must transfer 30 (thirty) percent of the total amount of the reservation as a guarantee deposit prior to check-in. We anticipate receiving payment from you within 5 (five) working days of sending our e-mail (unless otherwise agreed between the parties). The remaining balance of your reservation is due on the arrival date. If you wish to cancel a reservation for which a guarantee deposit has been transferred, the cancellation policy penalties described below apply.

1.5. Your reservation is valid, but is only considered CONFIRMED after making the specified payment on the specific request and receiving payment confirmation via e-mail.

1.6. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payment is not received within the specified time frame.


2.1. You can cancel a reservation in one of the following ways:

2.2. If the reservation is canceled prior to the arrival date or in case of a no-show on the arrival date, the amount paid in advance as a guarantee deposit on your reservation will not be refunded, and the reservation will be considered canceled.

2.3. If the reservation is canceled within 10 days prior to the arrival date, a change for a new period convenient for you is possible in case we are able to accommodate you. In this case, the previously prepaid amount will be used as a guarantee deposit for the new reservation.

2.4. In case of shortening the stay, a penalty of 30% is due for each day of non-use of the requested accommodation service, unless the change of stay is made within 10 days prior to arrival.

2.5. The hotel reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in the event of force majeure or other circumstances beyond the control of the hotelier.

In these instances, the hotelier:

  • Offers the customer another period of accommodation under the same conditions and prices.
  • Recovers the deposit paid by the client within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of a written request for this by the tourist, without penalty.

3.1. Check-in and check-out time:

  • Check-in after 15:00
  • Check-out until 11:00

3.2. Late check-out or early check-in is only possible upon a prior request and confirmation at reception.

In the event of a late check-out without prior request, the first overdue hour is subject to payment in the amount of 10% of the night’s value, the second overdue hour – to the amount of 50%, and the third and subsequent hours – to the amount of 100%.

Reservations are held until 20:00 on the arrival date, unless otherwise agreed.

In case of no-show by 20.00 on the arrival date, the amount of the reservation will not be refunded and the reservation will be considered canceled.

3.3. Pets are not allowed.

3.4. The guests are accommodated in the hotel by presenting personal documents proving their identity. The information you provide is protected under the Personal Data Protection Act and the normative acts governing data protection, and it is processed only in accordance with the requirements established in the Tourism Act. Please make sure you are acquainted with Radians EOOD’s PRIVACY POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS’ PERSONAL DATA)(GDPR policy).

  • In cash at the reception upon arrival

5.1. Briz Beach Apartments agrees to fully provide the requested and paid services to the customer

5.2. Briz Beach Apartments agrees not to change the price of the services requested by the customer, except in special circumstances where it is economically justified

5.3. Briz Beach Apartments is not responsible for damages caused by third party actions.

5.4. To eliminate weaknesses, all claims related to the quality of paid services must be brought by the customer in the hotel. The claim must be fulfilled in writing. If claims are not satisfied, the customer should request that a responsible person compile a protocol. The customer will receive the official opinion on the complex’s management issue within 3 (three) working days of the protocol being completed.

5.5. Amounts for requested but unused services due to the fault of the customer are not refunded.

5.6. All prices announced on Briz Beach Apartment’s website, as well as in e-mail messages sent to customers, are for renting a room with the maximum capacity stated, and include VAT, tourist tax, and travel insurance.

5.7. Additional services are not automatically calculated in the final price and must be paid for separately at the hotel.

5.8. The hotelier is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items in rooms when stored outside of the provided safes; restaurants, or spa; or third-party damage.

5.9. During their stay at the hotel, the customer accepts responsibility for adhering to generally accepted norms of good behavior. The customer is responsible for all material damage to the hotel, as detailed in the price list located in the premises’ information folder or at the reception.

5.10. In accordance with the provisions of national legislation, smoking is not permitted in hotel rooms.

5.11. In accordance with the Bulgarian legislation, customers who use the hotel’s services must be adults (18 years old and above). Children are only permitted if accompanied by their parents or other authorized representatives. Customers are not permitted to leave their children unattended on complex property.

5.12. Briz Beach Apartments reserves the right to change the information on this webpage as well as the general terms and conditions at any time. Although every effort is made to provide true and accurate information, this cannot be guaranteed at all times.

5.13. When a customer makes a reservation, it is assumed that he/she has read and agreed to these General Terms. Reservations made by phone, e-mail, or via our website are considered a contractual agreement. The payment is considered as acceptance of the hotel’s general terms and conditions.

5.14. For all disputes and legal issues not covered by these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as in relation to the use of, the Republic of Bulgaria’s legal mandatory provisions apply
