RESERVATION CONDITIONS
1.1. You can make a reservation for Briz Beach Apartments in one of the following ways:
The reservation form on our website;

send an inquiry from the contact form on our website;

come to the hotel on site.
The reservation request should contain at least the following data: period of stay, number of people (adults, children), name of the tourist in whose name the reservation will be made, type of room in which you wish to stay, contact information for feedback with you.
1.2. After we receive and process your request, we will contact you to confirm the possibility of accommodation.
1.3. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation at the e-mail address you provided. It describes the type and number of rooms booked, the date of check-in and check-out from the hotel, the number of adults and children specified in the reservation request, the basis of meals and the amount due.
1.4. To confirm the reservation, as a guarantee deposit, you should transfer an amount of 30 (thirty) % of the total amount of the reservation before check-in. We expect payment from you within 5 (five) working days after sending our e-mail (unless another deadline has been agreed between the parties). The remainder of the amount of your entire reservation is payable on the day of check-in. If you wish to cancel a reservation for which a guarantee deposit has been transferred, sanctions will apply, described below in the cancellation conditions

1.5. Your reservation is valid, but is considered finally CONFIRMED after making the specified payment for the specific request and receiving confirmation of received payment of the guarantee deposit by e-mail.
1.6. If payment is not made within the described period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
2.1. You can cancel a reservation you have made in one of the following ways:

2.2. In case of cancellation of the reservation before check-in or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advance for your reservation as a guarantee deposit will not be refunded, and the reservation is considered canceled.
2.3. In case of cancellation of the reservation within 10 days before the check-in date, a change to a new period convenient for you is possible, for which we have the opportunity to accommodate you. In this case, we will use the prepaid amount as a guarantee deposit for the new reservation.
2.4. In case of shortening the stay, a penalty of 30% is due for each of the days of non-use of the requested accommodation service, unless the change in the stay is made within 10 days before check-in.
2.5.Briz Beach Apartments reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotelier.
In these cases, the hotelier:
Offers the client accommodation for another period, while maintaining the same conditions and prices or
Refunds the deposit paid by the client within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the tourist, without incurring any penalty to the same.
CONDITIONS OF ACCOMMODATION
3.1. Check-in and check-out times:
Check-in after 3:00 p.m.
Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
3.2. A surcharge for late check-out or early check-in is possible only after prior request at the reception and confirmation of availability.
In case of late vacating the room without prior notice, the first overdue hour is subject to payment in the amount of 10 (ten)% of the cost of the overnight stay, the second overdue hour is subject to payment of 50 (fifty)% and the third and more hours are subject to payment of 100 (one hundred)%.
Reservations are held until 20:00 on the relevant day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
In case of no-show by 20:00 on the day of check-in, the amount of the reservation will not be refunded, and the reservation will be considered canceled.
3.3. Pets are not allowed.
3.4. Check-in at the complex takes place only after presentation of personal documents certifying the identity of the guests. The data provided by you are protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulatory acts regulating the protection of information and are processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
5.1. Breeze Beach Apartments undertakes to provide the client with the services requested and paid for in full.
5.2. Breeze Beach Apartments undertakes not to change the price of the services requested and already confirmed by the client, except in exceptional cases when this is economically justified.
5.3.Briz Beach Apartments is not liable for damages caused by actions of third parties.
5.4. All complaints related to the quality of the paid services must be submitted by the client on site at the hotel to eliminate the shortcomings. The submission is made in writing. In case the claims are not satisfied, the client should request a responsible person to draw up a protocol. Within 3 (three) working days after its compilation, the client will receive the official opinion on the problem from the management of the complex.
5.5. Amounts for requested but unused services in whole or in part due to the client’s fault are not refunded.
5.6. All prices announced on the website of Briz Beach Apartments, as well as in the e-mail messages of the complex sent to the client, are for renting a room with the declared maximum capacity, including VAT, tourist tax and tourist insurance. In some cases, they may be subject to other offers, promotions and conditions. If you need additional information about our offers, our team is at your disposal.
5.7. The costs of additional services are not automatically calculated in the final price and must be paid separately at the reception.
5.8. The hotelier is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items from the rooms, stored outside the personal safe in the room or at the reception, in the restaurant, common areas and in the pool area, as well as for damage caused by third parties.
5.9. The client assumes responsibility for observing generally accepted standards of good behavior during his stay in the complex. All costs for material damage caused to the complex are due by the client according to the price list placed in the information folder in the rooms or at the reception.
5.10. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and closed common areas of the building, according to the provisions of national legislation.
5.11. Clients using the services of Breeze Beach Apartments must be of legal age according to Bulgarian law /18 (eighteen) years old/. Children are allowed only if accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives. Clients are obliged not to leave their children unattended on the territory of the complex.
5.12. Breeze Beach Apartments reserves the right to change the information on this page and the General Terms and Conditions at any time. Although every effort is made to provide true and accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed.
5.13. When a client makes a reservation, it is considered that he has read these General Terms and Conditions and agrees with them. Reservations accepted by phone, e-mail or through our website are considered to be an emerging contractual relationship. The payment made is considered acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions for staying at the hotel.
5.14. For all disputes and legal issues not settled with these General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and arising in connection with the use of the website www.briz-beach.com, the mandatory statutory provisions in the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The content of the website www.briz-beach.com is copyrighted.
The loading, saving and printing of individual pages and/or sections, photos and other documents is permitted only on condition that the copyright notices and signs or other proprietary notices are not removed.
Any reproduction (in whole or in part), modification, transmission (electronically or otherwise), linking or use of the website for any public or commercial purposes is prohibited without the written permission of “Radiance” EOOD and/or the copyright holder.
The intellectual property rights on all elements and resources located on the website www.briz-beach.com (including the available databases) are subject to protection under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, belong to “Radiance” EOOD or to the respective designated person who has transferred the right of use to “Radiance” EOOD and cannot be used in violation of the current legislation.
